Nobel Prize in sociology to Rahul Gandhi for his principle of escape velocity.

                 The Norwegian Nobel Committee has decided that the Nobel Peace Prize in physics for year 2014 is to be awarded to indian scientist cum politician Mr Rahul Gandhi for his extraordinary work on principle of escape velocity to reduce poverty in india. It took three moth to decide whether he should be given prize in physics or sociology.  But, two week back, renowned scientist Mr Stephen Hawking threatened to commit suicide if Rahul gandhi gets such prize in physics, hence Rahuji would be given nobel prize in sociology. This prize would be on a condition that Rahul Gandhi would not give any TV interview on this theory for the safety of viewers and TRP of other comedy shows.  
                Rahul Gandhi has said that he will do practical demonstration of the escape velocity theory on 16 May, after announcement of  Loksabha election results. According to him, escape velocity for a politician is least after poll result. Any small excuse is enough for politician to escape from among the people. "This new theory will make paradigm shift in our approach to look at poverty. It also prove that poverty is mere a state of mind, as those who do not have mind, becomes politician and can not remain poor" he emphasized.  He claimed that this principle is very important for any party when on power, to escape from duty and accountability. 
            Rahul Gandhi gave credit to Chhota Bhim for his fertile mind and novel ideas. He said "Since last 10 years, I have been watching Chhota Bhim with great interest, even during parliament season, in TV as well in mobile. It has more scientific depth then any other literature in physics." He confessed that due to his continuous watch of cartoon network and other such program me, he could not ask a a single question in any season of parliament in lat 10 years" BJP has suggested that such prize should be given to producer of Chhota Bhim, as it was only source of his knowledge. 
             On contact to Mr Gandhi he said "After watching such scientific program in cartoon channels, I have came to conclusion that all woman should daily watch Chhota Bhim for their empowerment and to increase their representation at national level. 
             He would be first Indian scientist to receive such honor without doing any ground work.
              
                 

AAPकी विचारधारा देशकी सुरक्षा के लिए बड़ा खतरा बनसकती है

(Disclaimer:- I am a doctor(surgeon)  by profession but had closely watched political and national affairs in india with great interest. Sometime back, I read a book written by Ashutosh "ANNA: 13 days that awaken india" and some part of "Swaraj" by shri Arvind Kejriwal. Since then I was fan of AAP till recently, when I came to know some serious issue in AAP ideology that can endanger national security. Secondly, being Gujarati and having opportunity to work in various part of Gujarat with close contact to all class of people, I have witnessed good development  of Gujarat. Hence my view may be slightly inclined towards  BJP, Actually, Behavior of AAP on this issue is so dangerous that it compel us to doubt their intention also. Even though they are playing game for vote, if not antinational by heart, it is a vary danger form of vote bank politics, even compromising our national security.  देशके ज्यादातर मुस्लिम नागरिक आंतकवादके विरूद्ध  है, और ज्यादातर हिन्दू नागरिक नक्सलवादके विरूद्ध है, और जो भी नागरिक आंतकवाद या नक्सलवाद के खिलाफ न हो वो देश के गद्दार है. कोई भी सच्चा भारतवासी किसीभी कारणसेभी इसका समर्थन नहीं कर सकता। ऐसे केस में आंतकवादी या नक्सलाइटके ह्यूमन राइट्सका सवाल नहीं आना चाहिए। हजारो लोगोकी जान लेने वाले लोगोको हुनम राइटके दायरे से बहार रखना चाहिए। यहाँ कोई एक धर्म या जातीके लोगोको ठेस पहुचने का कोई इरादा नहीं है. सच्चा मुस्लिम आंतकवादी नहीं हो सकता है.
        इस देशके लोगोसे वोट मांगने के पहेले आम आदमी पार्टीको इस प्रश्नके जवाब देने चाहिए।  जिसको सत्य पता नहीं है वो लोग केजरीवालजी कि बात में आजाते है. में भी ऐसे लगोमे से एक था, लेकिन जब गहराई से रिसर्च किया तो यह प्रश्न मनमे आये और उसका जवाब नहीं मिला। केजरीवालजी के ऊपर लगाये गए सभी आरोप सही है ऐसा में नहीं मानता। मगर यदि हम मान लेते है  कि उसकी नियत साफ़ है फिरभी उसकी आइडिओलॉजी देश कि सुरक्षाके लिए खतरनाक है.

1) बटला हाउस  एनकाउंटर
 ३० सप्टेम्बर २००८ को दिल्हीमें बॉम्ब ब्लास्ट हुए जिसमे ३० लोगो कि मृत्यु हुई और १०० घायल हुए, उसके १ हफ्ते बाद यानेकी १९ सप्टेम्बर २००८ को पुलिस ने दिल्ही के बटला हाउस एरिया में रेड कि और एनकाउंटर में इस बम ब्लास्ट में शामिल  आतिफ अमिन और मोहमद साजिद मरे गए और मोहमद सैफ और ज़ीशान पकड़े गए।  हमारे बहादुर पुलिस ऑफिसर श्री मोहनचंद शर्मा शहीद हुए. तब प्रशांत भूशनजी ने इस बहादुर पुलिस के साथ रह कर उस का होसला बढ़ने के  बजाय उस आंतकवादी कि फेवर कि. उसने पुलिस के सामने PIL दाखिलकी जिस को डेल्ही है कोर्टने २१ मई २००९ और नॅशनल ह्यूमन राइट कमीशन ने जुलाई २००९ में ख़ारिज कर दिया, अब भी केजरीवाल उस मरे हुए आंतकवादी केलिए रो रहे है देखिये इस विडिओ मे…।  यदि किसीने एनकाउंटर करके आंतकवादी को मारा है तो फिर उसकी नियत पर बार बार उंगली क्यों उठा रहे हो? थोड़े वोट के खातिर?  जो भी मरे गए वो सब आंतकवादी ही थे उसमे किसीको शक नहीं था यतो अब है. वो लोग दिल्ही, बेंगलुरु, अहमदाबाद और बॉम्बे में बम ब्लास्ट में इन्वॉल्व थे. फिर केजरीवालजी इसका बचाव क्यों कर रहे है, यदि वो मुस्लिम मतदाताको सुरक्षा का आस्वासन देना चाहते है फिर भी वो राष्ट्रकि सुरक्षा से ऊपर नहीं होना चाहिए।

पर यासीन  मलिक और अफजल गुरु जैसे खतरनाक आंतकवादी का बचाव किया है. अफज़ल गुरु भारतके लोकतंत्र के सबसेबड़े संस्थान - पार्लमेंट पर हमले में दोषी पाया गया था.   this is what exactly he has said "Yasin malik criticla of Hurriyat. 5 )खाप पंचायत और महिला सुरक्षा: हिमाचल प्रदेश में खाप नामकी खतरनाक सामाजिक न्याय व्यवस्था है और उसने कई खतनाक फैसले सुनाये है, खपने ही बेटीका रेप करने वाले बापको बेटी के  साथ ब्याह का आदेश दिया था. लेकिन हरियाणाकि ग्रामीण वोट बेंक के खातिर आपने खुले आम खाप का पक्ष लिया है और उसका बचाव किया है. खाप के सेंकडो खतरनाक फैसले के बावजूद AAP के प्रतिनिधिने टाइम्स नाव के डिबेट में कहा था कि यदि कोई  ऐसा करते है तो ……।   यहाँ प्राइमा फैसी साबुत है "if .... and ......but" का सवालही नहीं है. लेकिन क्यों कि दिल्ही के बाद AAP का अगला डेस्टिनेशन हरियाणा है इसलिए वो वोट बैंक के खातिर कुछ भी करनेको तैयार है।
6 ) AAP को आंतकवादी और पाकिस्तान का सपोर्ट?

Pakistan’s mysterious love for Indian anti-corruption crusaders

When electoral preparation is going on in full swing for upcoming general elections in both Afghanistan and India, the cadres are busy with placards and posters; the covert game of Pakistani Political Agents is underway in both these nations. Analyzing the recent developments will uncover the naked faces of the Pakistani political games going on in India that the innocent public of India will find hurting. Pakistan, whose birth was blessed by religious hatred against India, the same Pakistan whose very existence depends on the enmity towards India is bedfellow of some self-acclaimed custodians of the clear governance of India, is it just a coincidence or uppermost layer of a deep conspiracy? The story started two years back.

Indian politician and international economist Dr. Subramanian Swamy almost toppled the political scenario of the country which was rubbed by corruption, terrorism, strategic encircling etc. Dr. Swamy exposed a major corruption of telecommunication department and unearthed the dark faces of some top bosses of the ruling party and was about to expose some more corruption cases that’s when there was the rise of hitherto unknown self-styled Corruption Crusader Anna Hazare, who has played a key role from backstage in recent Delhi polls but none knew him three years ago. Anna presented before the public a dream of a magic wand that can wipe out all the corruption, currently Indians are facing and in this treachery the Indian media offered full cooperation. Anna gained one more plus point of being from an allegedly non-political background whereas Dr. Swamy is part of a powerful political party named BJP. Thus the typical Indian mentality sidelined the really working Dr. Swamy and brought in focus the ever-protesting-never-testing Anna Hazare. What is surprising is that it didn’t surprise the Indian mass that’s why does the under-matriculation Anna Hazare is so adamant about passing the Lokpal (Ombudsman) Bill that can wipe out all the corruption and what does an unqualified man know about legal aspects of such a complex thing. It didn’t surprise them why the highly qualified IAS, IPS, IFS officers of the team remained at backstage and Anna was projected as a hero! These things didn’t surprise because media didn’t let the Indian mass think that way. Indian media fully cooperated with this movement.

What is Lokpal Bill? It is a fantastic bill which claims to remove all corruption and has a dictatorial power over all the agencies of India, all the ministers and ministries etc. There is already a bulk of agencies to checkmate the corruption but they failed because the agents themselves have been defected, if similar things can happen to the Lokpal agent, it will be totally useless and then there will be again a similar movement and it will give birth to a good recursive function. Anna was adamant on his demand and wanted exactly no editing of his (read the backstage players) version of Lokpal. The Congress didn’t want the Lokpal Bill to come at that point and BJP wanted it to come with slight variation, they wanted to keep some offices like intelligence and security and foreign ministries away from the reach of Lokpal but still Anna was indomitable and arrogant on his demand and the hypnotized public was seconding the chorus.

The very points which were denied by BJP were the main weapon of the external intelligence agencies to exploit this Lokpal and meanwhile the US officially ‘advised’ India ‘to let the Lokpal movement go on’. Why was US interested in the so-called anti-corruption crusade in India? Because the US was trying hard to capture the retail market in India and try to install Wall-Mart there and was facing heavy protests from the nationalists and once they have either Lokpal set up in power they can get their work done via a corrupt Lokpal or gain sympathy of Anna team and use their hypnotism to take the public on their side. At meantime Pakistan also invited Anna Hazare and it was a party called Shive Saina that warned Anna not to go to Pakistan and entertain the Pakistanis telling the corruption tales of India.

The exploitation of Lokpal (Anna version) means direct access to India’s intelligence and security agencies and there can be no more fortune for ISI than this. However other than this, there was one more reason Pakistan favors Team Anna, that is the ingredients of the team. The team consists of politicians with anti-national mindset that I am coming just in a while.

After a long drama of being apolitical and staging protests finally Arvind Kajriwal, the second-in-command of Anna, the modern Nehru of modern Gandhi, launched a political party named Aam Aadmi Party and wasn’t even criticized by media which was a nosy critic of an Indian religious leader and Yogic mentor Swamy Ramdaiv. Anna in order to retain his image slightly criticized Kajri for namesake. Kajri fought elections in Delhi using the fan-club he gained through the India Against Corruption (IAC) movement. Kajri totally relied on the drama-style of Rahul Gandhi and started sleeping for a couple of minutes on railway platform without any bedsheet but with spongy and comfy pillow. He made a bulk of bizarre and cunning promises of free water up to 700 liter and demanded full payment if you used a milliliter extra. Fully analyzing the lazy and begging mentality Indian public has developed hit by inflations and price-rise, the AAP charter listed a bulk of subsidies and bizarre announcements and media fully cooperated with all the lies and propaganda of the AAP. Finally Kajri’s AAP won in 28 out of 70 seats in Delhi and 32 were won by BJP which swept out in all other 3 mega-sized provinces in India at the same time sharing as much as 80% of the poll but not only Indian media but also Pakistani media praised AAP. The Pakistani daily Dawn front page reported that AAP won Delhi even as BJP was ahead of AAP. Celebrations started in different cities of Pakistan especially in the Pakistan-administered-Kashmir based areas. Forgot to say, there was a massive online donation campaign by Pakistanis to donate AAP for the Delhi elections. Kajri was earning fame in Pakistan, among Pakistani media and politicians and mass for some unknown reasons, with open eye none can even find remotely a reason for that.

BJP gave a chance to ever-protesting-never-testing AAP to test their governance capabilities in Delhi. And the result was obvious; a lie can’t be held forever. Like Kajri couldn’t hold his lie of being an IT-Commissioner forever, he couldn’t fool the public for his so called magical capabilities the public was hypnotized to believe into. The AAP members started going to office by broom (their political symbol) decorated auto rickshaws for a couple of days and then ordered luxury cars; started posting pictures of normal lifestyle for a couple of days and then started booking costly villas out of government fund etc. The public which believed in the magic broom of AAP to be capable of giving 24x7 electricity ended up in total blackout. There are far more of his double stands that were exposed in his short regime which can’t be listed in a single article. Despite all these, the supreme sign of honesty, his majesty Anna Hazare never criticized the inept governance of Kajri who himself is a bigger sample than Anna; Kajri formed the government in collaboration with the corrupt party they pretended to be protesting. When Kajri realized that unless he leaves his post ASAP, the public will recognize his true capabilities and he may lose his chance to sabotage the upcoming general elections.

Despite this lack of quality Kajri was being praised in Pakistan. In last month an entire team of Pakistani journalists hailing from different media groups interviewed Kajri. Not only the Pakistani media persons but Pakistani leadership and moreover the PM Nawaz Sharif himself said that Kajri will be helpful in resolving the Kashmir-issue with India. Now what the Indians must be surprised at is what the hell the Pakistani media, politics and agencies have to do with a so-called anti-corruption crusader, a failed CM of a small state of India, in the issue of Kashmir? Pakistan has no reason to be happy with the true anti-corruption crusader of India since s/he will benefit and empower India which is certainly not what Pakistan wants. Pakistan doesn’t want a secure, progressive, well-governed and developed India but Pakistan loves Kajri. To say the truth Pakistan will always love the persons pretending to be anti-corruption crusader in India and capturing that post and blocking the real crusaders like Dr. Swamy.

The prime reason for Pakistan’s love for Kajri and AAP is their anti-Indian stand on Kashmir. So far at least 3 Members of Legislative Assembly (MLA’s) of AAP have delivered anti-Indian and pro-Pakistani statements on Kashmir issue and this includes referendum in separatist strongholds, giving Kashmir to Pakistan, ‘freeing’ Kashmir, telling ‘tales’ of alleged Indian Army atrocities on Kashmir and certifying the terrorists killed in Kashmir as innocent boys etc. In this department the major role is played by a famous lawyer named Prashant Bhushan. Kajri has never sacked anyone of them or at least talked against them but he has lodged FIRs against the nationalist protestors protesting antinational statements of AAP leaders. Kajri lodged charges of terrorism on those nationalist ‘terrorists’ who had ‘attacked’ flower vase of AAP office. Kajri is the mastermind behind all these without speaking a word himself.

ISI wants to play the same political game to Balkanize India which CIA played against USSR. ISI wants to install mouthpieces in Delhi which will bolster the political interests of Pakistan up and this would be huge propaganda supporting Pakistani interests in Kashmir. It will embarrass India highly at international forums if some elected politicians of India talk of Pakistani interests and that is what Pakistan wants. Day by day the potential of AAP to get more support from Pakistan is increasing and AAP is fetching all sorts of people who can loosen India’s grip in its foreign policies. The new entry in AAP is Rajmohan Gandhi, the grandson of pre-partition Congress politician MK Gandhi. Rajmohan Gandhi is the man who headed a campaign in America to free the ISI agent and lobbyist Mohammed Ghulam Nabi Fai who was running Pakistani projects to destabilize Kashmir through Kashmiri American Centers. Fai was arrested by FBI under the charge of being ISI agent. Also AAP has several members who have campaigned for the Indian parliament attacker terrorist named Mohammed Afzal Guru. Moreover the AAP leader from Chandigarh is a man named Harbir Singh Nain who is the husband of a zonal editor of an Indian newspaper. Harbir was partner of a Canadian journalist in their efforts to malign an Indian social leader and Punjab (India) Police and the attempt was foiled by members of a covert cyber team that is waiting to expose that group further in their next attempt to malign India and still kept the darker facts secret until a proper time comes to make them pubic. AAP is filling its space with all the malicious elements and that’s what Pakistan wants.

Second reason why Pakistan supports AAP is their one-eyed attitude towards Mullahists. AAP believes in a customized honesty that allows them bashing a corrupt person shouldering another corrupt who is the rival of the former and a financer of AAP. That is why AAP targets selected businessmen under the indications of their rivals and when the corrupt one AAP is exposing, shoulders them, AAP certifies them as honest, like AAP deleted the corruption-charge sheet prepared against ex-CM of Delhi Sheila Dixit and removed the document from site after post-poll collaboration. AAP has always maintained one-eyed blindness towards mega-corruptions by Mullahs. Imam Bukhari who hasn’t paid multi-millions of electricity bills, doesn’t fall in the definition of corruption by AAP. AAP leader who lectures that “communalism is worse than corruption” at Mullah’s hub Islamic India Center finds it secular to connive with rioter and crime-convicted Mullah Tauqeer Reza. The hypnotism of AAP can be exploited by ISI to project the enemies of India as the biggest patriots and nothing can be a bigger nightmare for India. The anti-corruption crusade was nothing but an excuse to come in limelight and if someone looks clearly into the scene, he will find that Kajri and team has done nothing to wipe out corruption what Dr. Swamy did but Anna and team has done a great work- overshadowed Dr. Swamy.

So was Anna exploited? Is it that innocent Anna was unaware of being used by Kajri? Not at all, if Kajri is Nehru, Anna is Gandhi! Anna was fighting the war for real players in a different front. One of the premier objectives of Pakistani political agents working to sabotage Indian elections is to stop the greatest PM candidate of India, Narendra Modi. Anna is using his certification tool to certify anyone he could project against Modi.  After visible and shaming failure of Kajri, Anna had no ground for certifying Kajri as PM aspirant, Anna moved to Mamta Bannerjee in Kolkata just a couple of days after the connivance of Mamta and Bangladeshi jihadist group Jamat-e-Islami was exposed. Jamat is the group based on whose performance Osama Bin Laden dreamt of a Talibanistan in Bangladesh after Afghanistan. Jamat has anti-Indian policies as its prime objectives and Mamta was exposed as being collaborator to Jamat. The border districts of West Bengal have become the stronghold of Jamatis by uprooting the original inhabitants of the areas through continuous terrorist activities. The West Bengal border has been open to the Bangladeshi infiltrators on return of a bulk of promised votes and the Pakistani terrorists infiltrate through Bangladesh border as the Indo-Pakistan border is locked. So is the biggest chit-fund scam by TMC leaders! The major objective strategized in the meeting was how to sabotage the chances of Narendra Modi in general election 2014.

This electoral suggestion I have for Indians is that don’t look at how big celebrity is luring you, don’t fall in trap of high class certifications (one IITian isn’t a superman but just another among tens of thousands IITians passing every year), nevertheless look at whether ‘you’ and your nation are benefiting from their electoral charter. Don’t fall in the promises they make but judge the performance they displayed. Don’t get lured by Page-3 celebrities, they do everything for money, their choices switch on endorsement values, from cosmetics to snacks. And finally remember, Political Agents can be of any form, “Jinhe Desh ki Fiqar Hai” they don’t do their stuffs for whole year and suddenly appear for a month with a intentional TV show, they perform for one decade no matter media flatter them or not. AAP - positive and negative sides

                  आम आदमी पार्टी का उदय भारतके राजनितिक फलक में एक बड़ा परिवर्तन(paradigm shift) है. उसका उदय भृष्टाचार के खिलाफ जनआक्रोश के रूप में देखा जाता है. लोगो को आम आदमी पार्टी से बहुत उम्मीद भी थी और है, लेकिन कुछ ऐसी घटनाये भी हुई जिससे काफी संख्यामे आम नागरिक के मनमे आम आदमी पार्टीके लिए बहोत सरे सवाल उठने लगे. हमें आम आदमी पार्टी के पोसिटिव और नेगेटिव पहेलु पर थोडा मंथन करना चाहिए। दोनों पहेलु शतप्रतिशत सच होव का मेरा कोई दावा नहीं है लेकिन इसमें एक आम नागरिकके मन में चल रही दुविधाएं साफ दिखाय देगी। यह आर्टिकल एक कम्युनिटी परसेप्शन के रुपमे देखा जाना चाहिए।

पॉजिटिव 
१) आम आदमी पार्टीने भ्रष्टाचार मुक्त पॉलिटिक्सका एक नया ट्रेंड शुरू किया। लोगोको इसमें भ्रषटाचार के खिलाफ लड़नेकी एक पोलिटिकल विल दिखाय दे रही है. लेकिन अब AAP के ऊपर भी भ्रष्टाचार के आरोप लगने शुरू हो गए है।  राखी बिरलाजी के ऊपर ७ लाख माँग का आरोप, फारुकाबड़ से AAP केंडिडेट मुकुल त्रिपाठीने पार्टीके अंदर करप्शन होने कि बात कर टिकट वापस किया है. काफी समय से केजरीवालजी के साथ कम कर रहे अश्विनी अश्विनी उपाध्यायने भी केजरीवालजी पर  भ्रष्टाचार के गम्भीर आरोप लगाया है. यह सब दावेमें कितना तथ्य है वोटो समय ही बता पायेगा, तब तक देशकी कई सारी  जनतासे  कम कररप्शन के आधार पर उसे वोट मिलते रहेंगे।

२)चुनावी फंडिंगमें ट्रांस्परेंसीकी शरुआत की . अगले ५ सलमे सभी पार्टिओको भी आपना फंडिंग ऑनलाइन करनेके लिए मजबूर होगी।

३)राजनेता और आम जनता के बीचमें बढ़ती हुई दुरी कम करनेके लिए सभी पार्टीको प्रेरित किया। आम आदमी पार्टी आम लोगोसे ज्यादा नजदीक दिखती है, और उसका केम्पेन डोर टू डोर ही ज्यादा होता है.

४)भ्रस्टाचार सामने लडनेमे लोगोका इन्वॉल्वमेंट कितना जरुरी है यह लोगो को सिखाया। लेकिन भ्रषटाचार से लड़नेका तरीका थोडा और सिस्टेमेटिक होगा तो और फायदा मिलेगा, स्टिंग ऑपरेशन से करप्शन को लम्बे समय तक नहीं रोका जा सकता है, और जब पूरा देश चलन हो तब यह तरीका असफल रहनेकी और उससे अराजकता, वहिवटीय गुप्त माहिती लिक होनेका और ब्रीच ऑफ़ प्राइवसी का खतरा रहेगा। सही तरीका अच्छी गवर्नन्स/मेनेजमेंट  प्रणाली और तेज न्याय प्रणाली का ही है. और पोलिटिकल विल हो तो यह सम्भव भी है.

५)परिवार वाद से मुक्ति. कोंग्रेस परिवार वाद का सिम्बोल बनचुकी है और भारतने इसकी बहुत ही महंगी कीमत चुकानी पड़ी है, बीजेपीमें कही कही थोडासा परिवारवाद दिखता है, लेकिन बीजेपी में पारिवारिक सदस्य को बड़ी पोस्ट नहीं मिल रही है, मेनका गांधी अच्छे सोशल वर्कर होनेके बावजूब भी इतनी आगे नहीं बढ़ पायी है, वरुण गांधीने भी कोई खास प्रोग्रेस नहीं किया है. आम आदमी पार्टी अभीतक परिवार वाद से दूर है लेकिन परिवारवाद कि सही परिक्षा जब पीढ़ी बदलती है तब ही होती है,
६)आम आदमी पार्टी असामाजिक तत्वोका बेक अप नहीं ले रहे है या तो बहुत ही कम(कुछ छोटे कार्यकरता)  ले रहे है , इसका मतलब ऐसा नहीं है कि बाकि सब पार्टी उसका उपयोग कर रही है लेकिन कई सारी  पार्टी वोट के लिए  असामाजिक तत्वोका उपयोग भरपूर कराती है , बिहार के बारे में पहेले कहाजाता था कि चुनाव बेलेट से नहीं बुलेट से लड़ा जाता था.
७)आम आदमी पार्टी सादगीको पॉलिटिकस में वापस लेनेमे सहियोग दे सकते है. हलाकि श्री ममता बेनर्जी और अभी अभी सादगी अपनाने वाले वसुंधरा जैसे कई नेताए ऐसा जीवन जी रहे है लेकिन उसने कभी इसका राजनैतिकरण नहीं किया।

नेगेटिव 
१)नॅशनल सिक्युरिटी के बारेमें आम आदमी पार्टीका रवैया बहुत ही चिंता जनक है. प्रशांत भूषणजी कश्मीरके अलग राष्ट्रकि वकालत कर रहे है. अरविन्द केजरीवाल बतला हॉउस एनकाउंटरमें मरे आंतकवादीके खिलाफ अभी भी सहानुभूति रख रहे है. लगता है वोटबैंकके लिए कुछभी करनेको तैयार है . इस विषय पर मेने अपने विचार और चिंता पर लेख लिखा है जो आप यह लिंक पर पढ़ सकते है http://drindia2014.blogspot.com/2014/03/aap-and-national-security.html

२)खाप पंचायतका बचाव किसीभी रूप में कतय जस्टिफाय नहीं किया जासकता है. हरियाणामें अपने ग्रामीण वोट के खातिर आम आदमी पार्टी इस हद तक निचे जा सकती है वो तो सोचभी नहीं सकते।

३)एक राजकीय पार्टी बनानेके बाद भी एक एक्टिविस्ट कि तर्क सोच और वर्तन रख रहे है. जिस कि आम आदमी पार्टी  एक स्टेबल गवर्नमेंट दे पायेगी और चला पायेगी वो सबको शंका है

4)आम आदमी पार्टी कि इकनोमिक पालिसी चिंता का विषय है, आम आदमी पार्टीका इकनोमिक मॉडल 1960 का भारत का इकनोमिक मॉडल है, भारतने 1992 में लिबरलाइज़ेशन के बाद जो प्रगति कि है उसको तहस नहस करदेगा। आम आदमी पार्टी भारतमें  प्राइवेटाइजेशन का विरोध कर रही है, ज्यादातर लोकशाही देशमें गवर्नमेंट जबभी बिज़नेस में हिस्सा लिया है तब परिणाम भ्रस्टाचार ही आया है और देशके  विकास पर उसका ख़राब असर हुआ है. एक पुराणी कहावत है "जहा राजा व्यापारी तहां  प्रजा भिखारी! Government's foray into business gives rise to corruption (आप इस विषय पर श्री अरुण शौरीजीके  बहुत ही माननीय विचार आप यहाँ सुन सकते है: Government's foray into business gives rise to corruption: Arun Shourie - YouTube)
  एक डीसीजीव गवर्मेंट जो उद्योगो और जनहित दोनोके मदद करसके वोही देशको प्रगति के पंथ पर लेजायेगी।

५)आम आदमी पार्टीके नेताओ का अंदरूनी मतभेद(विचारधरामें और काम करनेकी मेथड में) ज्यादा है इसलिए भविश्यमे वो एक स्टेबल सरकार न दे सके ऐसी शक्यता काफी है

6 )मेघा पाटकर जैसे एक्टिविस्ट गवर्नेंसके लिए खत्रा है. मेघाजी नदियो पर डेम का विरोध कर रहे है लेकिन हमें यद् रखना चाहिए कि देशका कृषि विकास आधुनिक सींचाई  के बिना सम्भव नहीं है. इसके लिए पर्यावरणमें जो थोडा बहोत नुकसान हॉगा वो सहन करना ही पड़ेगा, लेकिन डेम से सिंचाई बढ़ेगी तो पेड़कि संख्या भी बढ़ेगी और लम्बे अर्सेमें परियावरण को भी फायदा ही होगा। कई देशो ने अपनी नदियो पर बांध बनाकर अपने मत्य उद्योग को ख़तम किया है और पर्यावरण को शुरूमे नुकसान भी पहुचाया है, लेकिन उसका दीर्घकालीन परिणाम कभी नुकसान दायक नहीं आए है.
७) गलती सबसे होती है पर आम आदमी पार्टी अपनी भुलका स्वीकार करनेको राजी नहीं है. जब सोमनाथभारतीकि घट्न हुई तब यदि आम आदमी पार्टीने माफ़ी मगली होती तो मामला वंही ख़तम हो जाता, लेकिन केजरीवालजी उसके साथ रहे और धरना में बेठ गए. इसी मुद्दे पर AAP के स्थापक सदस्यने इस्तीफा दे दिया फिरभी केजरीवाल अपनी बात पर अकड़ गए.

८) पोपुलिस्ट मेज़र (dolls) सिर्फ वोट दे सकती है उससे विकास नहीं हो सकता। लोगोको ज्यादा फ्री चीज़ देनेकी बजाय एम्प्लॉयमेंट और स्किल डेवलोपमेंट के पीछे ज्यादा ध्यान देना चाहिए। देल्हीमे लोगो से टेक्स लेकरके उसमे से लैटबिल में सब्सिडी देनेसे थोड़े वोट मिलाने के आलावा और ज्यादा फायदा नहीं होगा।

9 ) जो लोगोने केजरीवालजी के कहने पर लेत का बिल नहीं भरा था उसको बिल में 50 % राहत देनेका मतलब समजमे नहीं आ रहा है. आप कानून के विरुद्ध जेन वाले को फायदा दे रहे हो क्यों कि वो आदेश आपने दिया था. यह ऐटीटयूड लोकशाहीके लिए बहोत ही खतरनाक हो सकते है (इसकि तुलना  गांधीजी के सत्याग्रह या हेनरी डेविड थोरो के सिविल डिसओबिडियन्स के साथ करना अनुचित होगा)

AAPकी विचारधारा देशकी सुरक्षा के लिए बड़ा खतरा बनसकती है

(Disclaimer:- I am a doctor(surgeon)  by profession but had closely watched political and national affairs in india with great interest. Sometime back, I read a book written by Ashutosh "ANNA: 13 days that awaken india" and some part of "Swaraj" by shri Arvind Kejriwal. Since then I was fan of AAP till recently, when I came to know some serious issue in AAP ideology that can endanger national security. Secondly, being Gujarati and having opportunity to work in various part of Gujarat with close contact to all class of people, I have witnessed good development  of Gujarat. Hence my view may be slightly inclined towards  BJP, Actually, Behavior of AAP on this issue is so dangerous that it compel us to doubt their intention also. Even though they are playing game for vote, if not antinational by heart, it is a vary danger form of vote bank politics, even compromising our national security.  देशके ज्यादातर मुस्लिम नागरिक आंतकवादके विरूद्ध  है, और ज्यादातर हिन्दू नागरिक नक्सलवादके विरूद्ध है, और जो भी नागरिक आंतकवाद या नक्सलवाद के खिलाफ न हो वो देश के गद्दार है. कोई भी सच्चा भारतवासी किसीभी कारणसेभी इसका समर्थन नहीं कर सकता। ऐसे केस में आंतकवादी या नक्सलाइटके ह्यूमन राइट्सका सवाल नहीं आना चाहिए। हजारो लोगोकी जान लेने वाले लोगोको हुनम राइटके दायरे से बहार रखना चाहिए। यहाँ कोई एक धर्म या जातीके लोगोको ठेस पहुचने का कोई इरादा नहीं है. सच्चा मुस्लिम आंतकवादी नहीं हो सकता है.  
        इस देशके लोगोसे वोट मांगने के पहेले आम आदमी पार्टीको इस प्रश्नके जवाब देने चाहिए।  जिसको सत्य पता नहीं है वो लोग केजरीवालजी कि बात में आजाते है. में भी ऐसे लगोमे से एक था, लेकिन जब गहराई से रिसर्च किया तो यह प्रश्न मनमे आये और उसका जवाब नहीं मिला। केजरीवालजी के ऊपर लगाये गए सभी आरोप सही है ऐसा में नहीं मानता। मगर यदि हम मान लेते है  कि उसकी नियत साफ़ है फिरभी उसकी आइडिओलॉजी देश कि सुरक्षाके लिए खतरनाक है.

1) बटला हाउस  एनकाउंटर  
 ३० सप्टेम्बर २००८ को दिल्हीमें बॉम्ब ब्लास्ट हुए जिसमे ३० लोगो कि मृत्यु हुई और १०० घायल हुए, उसके १ हफ्ते बाद यानेकी १९ सप्टेम्बर २००८ को पुलिस ने दिल्ही के बटला हाउस एरिया में रेड कि और एनकाउंटर में इस बम ब्लास्ट में शामिल  आतिफ अमिन और मोहमद साजिद मरे गए और मोहमद सैफ और ज़ीशान पकड़े गए।  हमारे बहादुर पुलिस ऑफिसर श्री मोहनचंद शर्मा शहीद हुए. तब प्रशांत भूशनजी ने इस बहादुर पुलिस के साथ रह कर उस का होसला बढ़ने के  बजाय उस आंतकवादी कि फेवर कि. उसने पुलिस के सामने PIL दाखिलकी जिस को डेल्ही है कोर्टने २१ मई २००९ और नॅशनल ह्यूमन राइट कमीशन ने जुलाई २००९ में ख़ारिज कर दिया, अब भी केजरीवाल उस मरे हुए आंतकवादी केलिए रो रहे है देखिये इस विडिओ मे…।  यदि किसीने एनकाउंटर करके आंतकवादी को मारा है तो फिर उसकी नियत पर बार बार उंगली क्यों उठा रहे हो? थोड़े वोट के खातिर?  जो भी मरे गए वो सब आंतकवादी ही थे उसमे किसीको शक नहीं था यतो अब है. वो लोग दिल्ही, बेंगलुरु, अहमदाबाद और बॉम्बे में बम ब्लास्ट में इन्वॉल्व थे. फिर केजरीवालजी इसका बचाव क्यों कर रहे है, यदि वो मुस्लिम मतदाताको सुरक्षा का आस्वासन देना चाहते है फिर भी वो राष्ट्रकि सुरक्षा से ऊपर नहीं होना चाहिए।

2)काश्मीर इस्यू
प्रशांत भूषणजी कह रहे है(इस विडिओ में 1.5  मिनिटके बाद http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TySX-ZaDwDY)  कि यदि कश्मीर के लोग चाहे तो उसे अलग राष्ट्र बना देना चाहिए (फिर पाकिस्तान के लिए भारतमें त्रासवाद फैलाना और आसान हो जायेगा और चीन का काम भी आसान हो जायेगा।  इस बयांन के बाद आम आदमी पार्टीने क्लेरिफिकेशन तो दिया लेकिन उसमे काश्मीर को लेकर उसका रवैया बहुत सॉफ्ट है वो बात बहुत ही साफ दिखाई देती है. प्रशांतजी को देश कि जनता के सामने माफ़ी मागनी चाहिए और अपना रवैया साफ करना चाहिए। इस बयांनसे इंटरनेशनल फोरम में भी भारत का पक्ष कमजोर हुआ है, जब भी यह बात इंटरनेशनल फोरममें डिसकस होगी तब एक बात जरुर आयेगी कि भारत के अंदर भी कई पोलिटिकल पार्टी स्वतन्त्र कश्मीर चाहती है. प्रशांतजीने देशके डिप्लोमेटिक स्टैंडको कमजोर किया है

वामपंथियो द्वारा लिखी गयी NCERT की पुस्तको में भगतसिह एवं भारत माताके अन्य वीर शहीदो को आंतकवादी बताया गया था प्रोफ़ेसर दीनानाथ बत्राने क्रांतिकारिओ के इस अपमान के विरुद्ध मुकदमा दाखिल किया। आम आदमी पार्टी के सह संस्थापक प्रशांत भूषणजी इस देश भक्ति पूर्ण कार्य के विरुद्धमें लड़ रहे थे. प्रशांतजी को पता होना चाहिए कि वाणी स्वतंत्रता कम मलतलब देश द्रोह कि और शहीदो का अपमान करनेकी इज़ाज़त नहीं होता है

4 )कमल मैत्रा चिनॉय और आंतकवाद :
  वो आपमें एक अग्रगण्य नेता है. उसने ट्वीटर
पर यासीन  मलिक और अफजल गुरु जैसे खतरनाक आंतकवादी का बचाव किया है. अफज़ल गुरु भारतके लोकतंत्र के सबसेबड़े संस्थान - पार्लमेंट पर हमले में दोषी पाया गया था.   this is what exactly he has said "Yasin malik criticla of Hurriyat. Dividing Kashmiriyat struggle. Must unite against indian state, settle internal differances", "innocents like afazal guru hanged" इस पर आम आदमी पार्टी क्यों चुप है ??

5 )खाप पंचायत और महिला सुरक्षा: हिमाचल प्रदेश में खाप नामकी खतरनाक सामाजिक न्याय व्यवस्था है और उसने कई खतनाक फैसले सुनाये है, खपने ही बेटीका रेप करने वाले बापको बेटी के  साथ ब्याह का आदेश दिया था. लेकिन हरियाणाकि ग्रामीण वोट बेंक के खातिर आपने खुले आम खाप का पक्ष लिया है और उसका बचाव किया है. खाप के सेंकडो खतरनाक फैसले के बावजूद AAP के प्रतिनिधिने टाइम्स नाव के डिबेट में कहा था कि यदि कोई  ऐसा करते है तो ……।   यहाँ प्राइमा फैसी साबुत है "if .... and ......but" का सवालही नहीं है. लेकिन क्यों कि दिल्ही के बाद AAP का अगला डेस्टिनेशन हरियाणा है इसलिए वो वोट बैंक के खातिर कुछ भी करनेको तैयार है।  
6 ) AAP को आंतकवादी और पाकिस्तान का सपोर्ट?

Pakistan’s mysterious love for Indian anti-corruption crusaders

When electoral preparation is going on in full swing for upcoming general elections in both Afghanistan and India, the cadres are busy with placards and posters; the covert game of Pakistani Political Agents is underway in both these nations. Analyzing the recent developments will uncover the naked faces of the Pakistani political games going on in India that the innocent public of India will find hurting. Pakistan, whose birth was blessed by religious hatred against India, the same Pakistan whose very existence depends on the enmity towards India is bedfellow of some self-acclaimed custodians of the clear governance of India, is it just a coincidence or uppermost layer of a deep conspiracy? The story started two years back.

Indian politician and international economist Dr. Subramanian Swamy almost toppled the political scenario of the country which was rubbed by corruption, terrorism, strategic encircling etc. Dr. Swamy exposed a major corruption of telecommunication department and unearthed the dark faces of some top bosses of the ruling party and was about to expose some more corruption cases that’s when there was the rise of hitherto unknown self-styled Corruption Crusader Anna Hazare, who has played a key role from backstage in recent Delhi polls but none knew him three years ago. Anna presented before the public a dream of a magic wand that can wipe out all the corruption, currently Indians are facing and in this treachery the Indian media offered full cooperation. Anna gained one more plus point of being from an allegedly non-political background whereas Dr. Swamy is part of a powerful political party named BJP. Thus the typical Indian mentality sidelined the really working Dr. Swamy and brought in focus the ever-protesting-never-testing Anna Hazare. What is surprising is that it didn’t surprise the Indian mass that’s why does the under-matriculation Anna Hazare is so adamant about passing the Lokpal (Ombudsman) Bill that can wipe out all the corruption and what does an unqualified man know about legal aspects of such a complex thing. It didn’t surprise them why the highly qualified IAS, IPS, IFS officers of the team remained at backstage and Anna was projected as a hero! These things didn’t surprise because media didn’t let the Indian mass think that way. Indian media fully cooperated with this movement.

What is Lokpal Bill? It is a fantastic bill which claims to remove all corruption and has a dictatorial power over all the agencies of India, all the ministers and ministries etc. There is already a bulk of agencies to checkmate the corruption but they failed because the agents themselves have been defected, if similar things can happen to the Lokpal agent, it will be totally useless and then there will be again a similar movement and it will give birth to a good recursive function. Anna was adamant on his demand and wanted exactly no editing of his (read the backstage players) version of Lokpal. The Congress didn’t want the Lokpal Bill to come at that point and BJP wanted it to come with slight variation, they wanted to keep some offices like intelligence and security and foreign ministries away from the reach of Lokpal but still Anna was indomitable and arrogant on his demand and the hypnotized public was seconding the chorus.

The very points which were denied by BJP were the main weapon of the external intelligence agencies to exploit this Lokpal and meanwhile the US officially ‘advised’ India ‘to let the Lokpal movement go on’. Why was US interested in the so-called anti-corruption crusade in India? Because the US was trying hard to capture the retail market in India and try to install Wall-Mart there and was facing heavy protests from the nationalists and once they have either Lokpal set up in power they can get their work done via a corrupt Lokpal or gain sympathy of Anna team and use their hypnotism to take the public on their side. At meantime Pakistan also invited Anna Hazare and it was a party called Shive Saina that warned Anna not to go to Pakistan and entertain the Pakistanis telling the corruption tales of India.

The exploitation of Lokpal (Anna version) means direct access to India’s intelligence and security agencies and there can be no more fortune for ISI than this. However other than this, there was one more reason Pakistan favors Team Anna, that is the ingredients of the team. The team consists of politicians with anti-national mindset that I am coming just in a while.

After a long drama of being apolitical and staging protests finally Arvind Kajriwal, the second-in-command of Anna, the modern Nehru of modern Gandhi, launched a political party named Aam Aadmi Party and wasn’t even criticized by media which was a nosy critic of an Indian religious leader and Yogic mentor Swamy Ramdaiv. Anna in order to retain his image slightly criticized Kajri for namesake. Kajri fought elections in Delhi using the fan-club he gained through the India Against Corruption (IAC) movement. Kajri totally relied on the drama-style of Rahul Gandhi and started sleeping for a couple of minutes on railway platform without any bedsheet but with spongy and comfy pillow. He made a bulk of bizarre and cunning promises of free water up to 700 liter and demanded full payment if you used a milliliter extra. Fully analyzing the lazy and begging mentality Indian public has developed hit by inflations and price-rise, the AAP charter listed a bulk of subsidies and bizarre announcements and media fully cooperated with all the lies and propaganda of the AAP. Finally Kajri’s AAP won in 28 out of 70 seats in Delhi and 32 were won by BJP which swept out in all other 3 mega-sized provinces in India at the same time sharing as much as 80% of the poll but not only Indian media but also Pakistani media praised AAP. The Pakistani daily Dawn front page reported that AAP won Delhi even as BJP was ahead of AAP. Celebrations started in different cities of Pakistan especially in the Pakistan-administered-Kashmir based areas. Forgot to say, there was a massive online donation campaign by Pakistanis to donate AAP for the Delhi elections. Kajri was earning fame in Pakistan, among Pakistani media and politicians and mass for some unknown reasons, with open eye none can even find remotely a reason for that.

BJP gave a chance to ever-protesting-never-testing AAP to test their governance capabilities in Delhi. And the result was obvious; a lie can’t be held forever. Like Kajri couldn’t hold his lie of being an IT-Commissioner forever, he couldn’t fool the public for his so called magical capabilities the public was hypnotized to believe into. The AAP members started going to office by broom (their political symbol) decorated auto rickshaws for a couple of days and then ordered luxury cars; started posting pictures of normal lifestyle for a couple of days and then started booking costly villas out of government fund etc. The public which believed in the magic broom of AAP to be capable of giving 24x7 electricity ended up in total blackout. There are far more of his double stands that were exposed in his short regime which can’t be listed in a single article. Despite all these, the supreme sign of honesty, his majesty Anna Hazare never criticized the inept governance of Kajri who himself is a bigger sample than Anna; Kajri formed the government in collaboration with the corrupt party they pretended to be protesting. When Kajri realized that unless he leaves his post ASAP, the public will recognize his true capabilities and he may lose his chance to sabotage the upcoming general elections.

Despite this lack of quality Kajri was being praised in Pakistan. In last month an entire team of Pakistani journalists hailing from different media groups interviewed Kajri. Not only the Pakistani media persons but Pakistani leadership and moreover the PM Nawaz Sharif himself said that Kajri will be helpful in resolving the Kashmir-issue with India. Now what the Indians must be surprised at is what the hell the Pakistani media, politics and agencies have to do with a so-called anti-corruption crusader, a failed CM of a small state of India, in the issue of Kashmir? Pakistan has no reason to be happy with the true anti-corruption crusader of India since s/he will benefit and empower India which is certainly not what Pakistan wants. Pakistan doesn’t want a secure, progressive, well-governed and developed India but Pakistan loves Kajri. To say the truth Pakistan will always love the persons pretending to be anti-corruption crusader in India and capturing that post and blocking the real crusaders like Dr. Swamy.

The prime reason for Pakistan’s love for Kajri and AAP is their anti-Indian stand on Kashmir. So far at least 3 Members of Legislative Assembly (MLA’s) of AAP have delivered anti-Indian and pro-Pakistani statements on Kashmir issue and this includes referendum in separatist strongholds, giving Kashmir to Pakistan, ‘freeing’ Kashmir, telling ‘tales’ of alleged Indian Army atrocities on Kashmir and certifying the terrorists killed in Kashmir as innocent boys etc. In this department the major role is played by a famous lawyer named Prashant Bhushan. Kajri has never sacked anyone of them or at least talked against them but he has lodged FIRs against the nationalist protestors protesting antinational statements of AAP leaders. Kajri lodged charges of terrorism on those nationalist ‘terrorists’ who had ‘attacked’ flower vase of AAP office. Kajri is the mastermind behind all these without speaking a word himself.

ISI wants to play the same political game to Balkanize India which CIA played against USSR. ISI wants to install mouthpieces in Delhi which will bolster the political interests of Pakistan up and this would be huge propaganda supporting Pakistani interests in Kashmir. It will embarrass India highly at international forums if some elected politicians of India talk of Pakistani interests and that is what Pakistan wants. Day by day the potential of AAP to get more support from Pakistan is increasing and AAP is fetching all sorts of people who can loosen India’s grip in its foreign policies. The new entry in AAP is Rajmohan Gandhi, the grandson of pre-partition Congress politician MK Gandhi. Rajmohan Gandhi is the man who headed a campaign in America to free the ISI agent and lobbyist Mohammed Ghulam Nabi Fai who was running Pakistani projects to destabilize Kashmir through Kashmiri American Centers. Fai was arrested by FBI under the charge of being ISI agent. Also AAP has several members who have campaigned for the Indian parliament attacker terrorist named Mohammed Afzal Guru. Moreover the AAP leader from Chandigarh is a man named Harbir Singh Nain who is the husband of a zonal editor of an Indian newspaper. Harbir was partner of a Canadian journalist in their efforts to malign an Indian social leader and Punjab (India) Police and the attempt was foiled by members of a covert cyber team that is waiting to expose that group further in their next attempt to malign India and still kept the darker facts secret until a proper time comes to make them pubic. AAP is filling its space with all the malicious elements and that’s what Pakistan wants.

Second reason why Pakistan supports AAP is their one-eyed attitude towards Mullahists. AAP believes in a customized honesty that allows them bashing a corrupt person shouldering another corrupt who is the rival of the former and a financer of AAP. That is why AAP targets selected businessmen under the indications of their rivals and when the corrupt one AAP is exposing, shoulders them, AAP certifies them as honest, like AAP deleted the corruption-charge sheet prepared against ex-CM of Delhi Sheila Dixit and removed the document from site after post-poll collaboration. AAP has always maintained one-eyed blindness towards mega-corruptions by Mullahs. Imam Bukhari who hasn’t paid multi-millions of electricity bills, doesn’t fall in the definition of corruption by AAP. AAP leader who lectures that “communalism is worse than corruption” at Mullah’s hub Islamic India Center finds it secular to connive with rioter and crime-convicted Mullah Tauqeer Reza. The hypnotism of AAP can be exploited by ISI to project the enemies of India as the biggest patriots and nothing can be a bigger nightmare for India. The anti-corruption crusade was nothing but an excuse to come in limelight and if someone looks clearly into the scene, he will find that Kajri and team has done nothing to wipe out corruption what Dr. Swamy did but Anna and team has done a great work- overshadowed Dr. Swamy.

So was Anna exploited? Is it that innocent Anna was unaware of being used by Kajri? Not at all, if Kajri is Nehru, Anna is Gandhi! Anna was fighting the war for real players in a different front. One of the premier objectives of Pakistani political agents working to sabotage Indian elections is to stop the greatest PM candidate of India, Narendra Modi. Anna is using his certification tool to certify anyone he could project against Modi.  After visible and shaming failure of Kajri, Anna had no ground for certifying Kajri as PM aspirant, Anna moved to Mamta Bannerjee in Kolkata just a couple of days after the connivance of Mamta and Bangladeshi jihadist group Jamat-e-Islami was exposed. Jamat is the group based on whose performance Osama Bin Laden dreamt of a Talibanistan in Bangladesh after Afghanistan. Jamat has anti-Indian policies as its prime objectives and Mamta was exposed as being collaborator to Jamat. The border districts of West Bengal have become the stronghold of Jamatis by uprooting the original inhabitants of the areas through continuous terrorist activities. The West Bengal border has been open to the Bangladeshi infiltrators on return of a bulk of promised votes and the Pakistani terrorists infiltrate through Bangladesh border as the Indo-Pakistan border is locked. If someone calls it a coincidence then s/he is encouraged to tell why was Mamta certified by Anna who had never spoken a couple of words earlier to each other? Development and clear governance? So is the biggest chit-fund scam by TMC leaders! TMC-MC leaders were also exposed by Covert Wires to have organized a “Free Kashmir” program in 13/02/2011 in collaboration with CPI-ML in West Bengal’s second biggest city Asansol.

Like Anna and Kajri had nothing to do with Pakistan, Mamta whose state shares no border or whose affairs have no relation with Pakistan, was invited to Pakistan. Why? This is because the embassies are lovers-point for political agents. The strategies are decided in official visits and in embassies. If these politicians meet in the Pakistani embassy in India, they would stand naked before public who will question why are they meeting with Pakistanis to run the states of India? However, the strategic dialogs and planning are paramount in smoothly doing their ‘work’. So Pakistan invites them officially and gives them excuse to visit Pakistan. A RAW agent named Colonel RSN Singh exposed the intentions of such visit by Nitish Kumar to Pakistan in a summit organized by ‘India Behind The Lens’ media group. He indirectly pointed the outcome of the meeting, the shift of Indian Mujahideen to Bihar from UP. To add one more fact, the Kishanganj district of Bihar has been the biggest stronghold of the Bangladeshi infiltrators who are around 5-6 Crores in India as various stats suggest. What RSN Singh didn’t mention about the meeting is that special care was taken by the organizers to stop any team intending to take up the cause of justice for Rinkel Kumari, plight of Pakistani Hindus etc but Nitish met with Mohajir representatives who threw Hindu inhabitants of Sindh out of their homes in 1947. The major objective strategized in the meeting was how to sabotage the chances of Narendra Modi in general election 2014.

This electoral suggestion I have for Indians is that don’t look at how big celebrity is luring you, don’t fall in trap of high class certifications (one IITian isn’t a superman but just another among tens of thousands IITians passing every year), nevertheless look at whether ‘you’ and your nation are benefiting from their electoral charter. Don’t fall in the promises they make but judge the performance they displayed. Don’t get lured by Page-3 celebrities, they do everything for money, their choices switch on endorsement values, from cosmetics to snacks. And finally remember, Political Agents can be of any form, “Jinhe Desh ki Fiqar Hai” they don’t do their stuffs for whole year and suddenly appear for a month with a intentional TV show, they perform for one decade no matter media flatter them or not. Fight Against corruption: 

Method of Modi Vs Kejriwal

         Currently BJP is fighting election on bases of development while AAP on issue of corruption. Congress is playing the card of secularism.  So it looks like Narendra modi can give good leadership but has tendency to do some compromise in term of corruption. Those who know NaMo by only Twitter or Facebook, has one question deep in their mind and that question is " Will NaMo be able to fight against corruption? If yes, then How? There can be some hypothetical or probable answers, but  real answer is his work to reduce corruption in Gujarat. Surprisingly it is least discussed but one of the most important work done by him in Gujarat. I have been in Gujarat for 7 years in last decade. And what I am describing here is based on practical experience and not based on media report or impression from social media. We must admit that still much more need to be done for corruption in Gujarat. We will also discuss two fundamental methods to fight against corruption, one by Mr. Kejariwal - that is by community participation and one followed by Mr Narendra Modi that is transparency in system by use of modern technology.
       
1)AAP and fight against corruption:
 The first method is to allow sting operation, to create fear in mind of corrupt people. This do work in some extend, but this model is good only for small group of people. On large scale it has tendency to be misused. RTI is very good tool to fight against corruption politicians should also be in its purview but,as many of us know that few RTI activist were also blackmailing people or prominent personality after getting some data or information that can harm their carrier or personal life. Sting is much more vulnerable for misuse then RTI. And then people will do corruption by other method. Best example is retail chain management. Most of retail chain have large no of employee and  one of the task of management is to reduce leakage or corruption by staff as well as shop lifting by consumer. But Management guru knows that solution is not in sting operation but in use of technology. They make minimum monitory transection by staff and all of them through computer. One thing must be clear that corruption can not be uprooted until general mindset of people is not changed. How many of us ask a traffic police to take full money of penalty and take recipe. When ever possible, a large segment of people do take benefit of this weak system. So answer to corruption is in community awareness and intelligent management.
               Another fundamental difference is AAP believes that all natural resource should be fully under government, that is its search(like petroleum, gas), its production and sell should be under control of government, while BJP says that natural resources should be given to private sector by competitive beading. Minimum government and maximum governance. Fact it that we have lots of mismanagement in our natural resources and this sector has performed very poor under government. Millions of ton of coal got burnt in Jarkhand mines and government could not stop for year (even till now), Second is low production as compare to capacity. We are producing less then 20% of our actual capacity of iron ore. In this way government is also loosing money.

2) Narendra modi and Fight against corruption        

 Now we will discuss method adopted by Gujarat Government to reduce corruption. By no mean this is enough or maximum possible but it has solid base.
             We all know traffic police take money for violation of traffic rules and most of them is taken without recipe  and it go to their pocket.  In Surat, government has started a novel project. Very high definition cameras are placed at major roads, and those who violet traffic rules are identified at control room and punishment latter are to their home. Those who receive letter will pay the money at any branch of Dena bank. So there is no direct monitory transection by traffic police. This project has started in Surat and I have talk to persons who have got such penalty slip. This will also check crime in city  or at least help in criminal investigation. There are some practical issues also. Firstly, the project was made viable by active participation by community leaders and good amount of donation from people. This is something unique feature of this population. AAP could collect donation of only  20 crore in delhi, in contrast large numbers of  hospitals in Surat run from public donation. Largest among them is Kiran Hospital constructed solely by voluntary donation of Rs 500 crore by people of surat.    

       There were so many fraud in real estate business. Many of them were by producing duplicate signature of owner and getting power of attorney. This was specially a problem for small farmers.  Gujarat government has taken some unique stapes here. Now you can find detail of any land online by digitalized 7/12 and 8A document. 3) Public distribution system(PDS)  

       Large amount of tax payer's money is used in subsidy. one of them is food subsidy but what percent of money actually reach the beneficiary? Large amount of grain and kerosine is distributed only on paper and is sold to black market. Government started a project where distribution was done after fingerprint conformation only and person will get a recipe of amount he got. United Nations World Food Program also acknowledged Gujarat’s Targeted PDS model.

4) Large portion of Gujarat is still drought prone area. Hence farmer has to depend on ground and surface water. Apart from Sardar Sarovar project, other measures that has helped farmer is drip irrigation project . Government is giving 60% subsidy if a farmer wants drip irrigation system. 

      Aslo government gives subsidy for those who want a small tractor (with small diesel engine). These subsidies are given after conformation by Mukhi of that village, Talati  with a picture of Drip spread in farm along with above mention persons. So subsidy without actually implementing drip irrigation is very difficult.  These are one time subsidy that gives longterm dividend.

5)Once farmer has is crop ready to sell, there is another issue of getting proper rate of his production. If a farmer register his mobile number and your routine products, he will daily get SMS of rates of his products in all near by market. So he gets best rates for his products. Also farmer gets SMS about  currently prevailing paste and disease pertaining to his products with solution of the same. It will eliminate a middle man who buy cep from farmer at low rate and then sell at very high rate, as farmer also know actual market rate and its daily fluctuation.
         
                       There are so many examples. There is drastic reduction in corruption in construction and real estate also. All these shows a common working method, that is use of technology to reduce corruption. Many people says that BJP is as corrupt as congress but I do not agree. If u see trend, many ministers of congress who worked from 1991 to 1998 went to jail during that period and during tenure of BJP government, Then came BJP government, No minister of BJP government could be sent to jail even in 10 years of congress rule, but again few congress minister went to jail in last 10 years. It is easy to put allegations, one of the very honest minister, Mr Arune shourie was also named in corruption by congress but after long hunt they found nothing and were given clean cheat. In coal gate, people says that 6 blocks were allotted during BJP government but at that time cost of coal production was same as its international price(30$ for 1 ton) so no auction was done. But subsequently price raised to 300USD after 2004 but still not auction was done.
        SO overall BJP government is much less corrupt though not free of it.    

       In contrast, Mr. Kejariwal believes that corruption can be checked by sting operations. Technology is secondary. Though political will is very essential for both(BJP and AAP) and AAP seems to have more intense political will to reduce corruption, but their method seems to be less practical and short lasting. They need to move with time and implement technology. Also they need to change attitude in term of reduction in dolls and  more subsidy for long lasting measures that help people to earn their own wage.

Development in Gujarat: Hype or achievement ?

DISCLOSURE: This article is not for or against any political party but the information given here is either  my personal experience of working(as a doctor)  in various part of Gujarat or it is based on information from authentic sources or persons. I have not given much data as it can be generated in favor or against in any one, rather I have given more practical information and described notion prevailing at grassroots level. 

For someone who has not visited Gujarat or done in depth study of its condition in last decade, it’s extremely difficult to judge whether so called Gujarat model has some reality as talked by BJP or is mere a propaganda to gain political milage as described by Mr Kejariwal and AAP. Most of us know that truth lies some where in between, but truth is closure to whom? I will give some facts and some logic based on my personal experience and interaction with people and will be as neutral as possible.     

From my experience what I can is that there is definitely some development in Gujarat esp. in infrastructure, agriculture and governance but the negative side is corruption at small scale, and that is prevailing in most sectors, but it has reduced to great extend in last decade. 

I think the first and the most important thing that needs to be discussed is  corruption.  I will touch both side with real incidences. The areas with corruption that I know well are construction, drug retailing  license, income tax and custom department(both under central government), police so on, but it has definitely reduced. You can compromise to some extend in construction, if you pay to some officers but recently, norms are very strictly followed in some areas. I asked about subsidy in agriculture. One farmer told that he bought a tractor with  help of government subsidy, but he has not received money from government after one year due to some issues raised by officer. But those who have implemented drip irrigation or green house are very happy with simplified process of government subsidy. In fact penetration of drip irrigation was very high (up to 60-80%) in the villages that I have travelled in Sourastra. I personally visited many farms and confirmed that. One pleasant experience was in getting new power connection, officer told that the process is online and it is  software based, so even MLA can not jump the queue. I confirmed this from a very prominent person of BJP who also had to wait for same days(same as common man) to get power connection for his factory. As far as pharma industry concerned, norms are very strict and many small production unit are closed as they were disqualified on bases of green Gujarat norms. Still Gujarat accounts for more than 40 per cent of medicines manufactured in India(2011 data).  There was allegations of poor quality material in construction of check dams and that was probably true, but recently government is very strict and those who had done so has not been given payments, even if some of them was close to some BJP workers.  Distribution of grain and kerosine has seen significant reduction in corruption and improvement in efficacy. It is due to system of scanning finger print of a receiver at time of distribution. This initiative was appreciated awarded by UN also. But this is implemented in small area and is not operational in rest of Gujarat.  Another good initiative is online information of all land  of Gujarat with name of their owner, pending dues etc. So fraud or scams by property dealer has reduced.  

 Gujarat has been a relatively  safe state for all and woman as particular. But there is definite improvement in safety. In Surat or Ahmedabad, woman can travel any where in city even in midnight. Also Gujarat is the only state where police stations are equipped with modern technology. If you launch an FIR of your missing bike, all police station  in Gujarat will get that information simultaneously . Earlier, there was no co-ordination in various police statins. This  project was launched recently and was appreciated by most experts in this field. (Even in programs covering crime story, like crime patrol, when they show police station of Gujarat, police are shown working with computer!, this is personal observation), In Surat, there is a novel initiative by public-private partnership. High definition CCTV cameras system is being implemented in area with high public movement. Those who do not follow traffic rules are identified at control room and a penalty notice is sent to the address registered with that vehicle number. I have checked some notices myself. It also help to reduce crime and catch criminals. But still there are quite a few incidents of theft or burglary in major city. Negative side is that even there is ban on alcohol, it is sold in most of the city and if someone try he can easily get alcohol.       

What about agriculture? There is significant increase in total agriculture production. Agriculture growth rate is high but less than that of some other states. In country dependent on rainfall, it is not wise to compare agriculture production of two time point, rather change over a period is more important, Actually more significant change in Gujarat is modernization of agriculture. As I have mentioned earlier, there is very good progress in irrigation sector. Farmers get SMS about rates of agriculture products  various markets in near by area( circle of 150-200 km) so that he can go to place with best rates, it also controls rates in one market due to low supply. I have personally checked theses messages, This facility is under utilized due to lack of knowledge. Subsidy in agriculture is distributed in better way, esp. for modern farming. 

Now, let us talk about infrastructure. Today I talked to a farmer from village Khopala (Taluka: Gadhada, District: Bhavnagar/Botad). He told that most part of the village has RCC road and it is connected to near by town with good quality road. I asked a person working as driver in Surat and in south Gujarat, again there was same answer. I personally visited Surat, Baroda, Ahmedabad, Bhavnagar, Junagadh and rajkot district in last 6 month and there was little scope to complaint about roads. Even most media persons who travels in Gujarat and other part of India  would not differ in this regard, if they are neutral. Now How it fares when compare to other states? I have no answer but I can say it it is better than most part of UP and some area of Maharastra that I have visited. 

Energy sector as a whole, has done very well in Gujarat. Urban development and town planning is also doing good. 

About electricity, when I asked to villagers, they say there is 24x7 electricity in most of villages, But in that also there is some difference. In area served by torrent power(where I live currently), there is hardly any blink except once in a year for maintenance, and that also after due notice. In area served by Gujarat Electric Board, there may be power cut for 1-2 hour in a week in some parts. Three phase electricity connection is also available in most village and all city. For farming 8 hrs/day electricity supply is there(24 hr power not given for farming, as a part of policy to prevent misuse of subsidized electricity)       

  In education, Gujarat still lags at grassroots level, but skill development and higher education has definitely improved. Still there is lots of corruption in education. Many private colleges collects huge amount of black money for admission and exam. But on another side, admission in most government institutes is centralized and much more transparent. 

Same can be told for most other areas. Apart form state government, all municipal corporation has BJP government(with more than two third majority), and they are doing exceedingly well. And if elections are held today for these municipal corporations then verdict will go in favor of BJP. Remember, pro incumbency is very difficult to generate then anti incumbency.

So, overall there is definitely good work has been done and lot more is still to be done esp. for corruption. Many government projects are completed before their deadline and quality of work is also much better. Metro train coach manufacturing factory in Vadodara was functional in 18 month against deadline of 24 month and this was acknowledged by Elattuvalapil Sreedharan, the mastermind behind Delhi metro. BRTS in Ahmedabad and Surat are also success story of government. To summaries  this information in political context. BJP - good governance, some corruption. AAP-poor governance but with lesser corruption. Congress - poor governance and  florid corruption but label of secular party. Now it is choice of voters of this country.  What do they want form future government? 

(If some media wants to cover Gujarat story, I can personally help, can travel with them and show real picture - both side of story.  This is small piece of information and there is lot more to be covered. Aim is that no political party should fool voters by hype of unrealistic things or baseless allegations. If someone do that, then it will be great piece of journalism and will be much more helpful to indian democracy then useless news that  covers the political drama.
